If you are local (Wiltshire, UK) and wish to save on postage costs: message me and we can arrange payment on collection by cash or cheque.

Delivery Policy

Items will be dispatched within 1-9 working days of receipt of payment.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked

If faster delivery is required, please contact us prior to ordering. Priority shipping may incur an additional charge.

Refund Policy

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Conditions:

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

Exceptions

Due to the nature of certain items, we cannot accept returns unless damaged or defective for:

Custom or personalised orders

Return Conditions

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs
Items must be returned in original condition
Any loss in value due to damage or misuse may be deducted

Commission & Custom Order Policy

Custom orders are available on all of my items.

Colours, designs, text, and sizes can be tailored to your requirements
A quote will be provided before work begins
Dispatch time for custom orders is up to 12 working days

For bulk orders or very large pieces, additional materials may be required, which may extend production time.
